La atención al cliente no fue buena

Las piezas son hermosas. Pero al solicitar apoyo porque quería mi compra a meses y su página el día que compré tuvo fallas no me permitió poner la compra a meses. Solicité ayuda por el chat y me dijeron que revisarían. Lo solicité dos veces y nunca obtuve respuesta (fuera negativa o positiva) así que quedé desencantada.
