    EXPECTATIVAS NO CUMPLIDAS!!

    Durante el hotsale se hizo el pedido, cumpliendo con todos los requisitos para obtener diferentes promociones, como un grabado gratis, un llavero y descuento. Recibimos los productos ordenados, pero no recibimos el llavero que debió incluirse como parte de la promoción; además, no se contactaron para realizar el grabado, como se mencionaba que lo harían a través de whatsapp. Finalmente me comuniqué con atención a clientes, al día siguiente de recibir el pedido. Sigo sin recibir respuesta.
